Just wanted to say your blog is very interesting. The idea that we don’t really own anything is good, works well with my Christian faith/biblical references.
Your in depth research on prima Nocta is excellent, and is probably not dead due to Hollywood starlets/directors etc and people if power misusing authority.

I’m glad you like the Stoic philosophy, I personally think it jives well with Christianity, but it has been around longer and has a few choice variations on what God is, so it got the ol’ Pagan treatment by Justinian and all of the schools were closed. Now though I think there is a Neo-Stoicism today that blends the two together and some of the most prominent Stoic writers in the past can be found in any old book store!
